Mushroom Council reported on the 2009 Technomic research study, “Assessment of Fresh Mushrooms in the Foodservice Channel.” This study is the latest foodservice awareness, attitudes and usage survey conducted since 2005 and provides key insights into the state of the foodservice industry today, as well as perceptions of fresh mushrooms.
