Happy New Year! Mushrooms and The Blend continue to appear in trends lists on outlets including PureWow, Well + Good, CNN and Eater. PureWow noted, “According to Whole Foods, meat-plant blends (like the Blended Burger Project) and lower-carbon farming are on the rise.”
