What’s better than an omelet? An omelet made your way, and filled with fresh, local ingredients! Students can enjoy an omelet made just the way they like it, selecting from a variety of fillings such as fresh mushrooms, spinach, cheeses, and meats. Ingredients
- 5 lb Whole Egg
- 4 oz shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup chopped or sliced Red Tomatoes
- 2 cups pieces or slices White Mushrooms
- 2 cups raw Spinach
- 1 cup sliced sweet Green Peppers
- 4 oz sweet Onions
- 4 Sausages
- 4 oz ham
- 1/4 cup chopped Jalapeno Peppers
- 1/4 cup canned Hot Pickled Peppers
- 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
