Zesty Vegetable Flatbread
Description
This veggie flatbread will win over any student – tons of flavor and nutrition in a familiar and kid-friendly package!
Ingredients
- 6 lb Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 can (10 lb) sliced California Ripe Olives
- 6 lb + 8 oz Pepper & Onion Mix
- 10 lb Fresh Diced Tomatoes
- 1 quart Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Ground Dried Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Ground Dried Basil
- 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 12 lb Lite Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 oz Pan Spray
