Mushrooms in the News: 03-14-2022

Axios spotlighted mushrooms and declared 2022 as the “Year of the Mushroom,” linking to other articles about mushroom blendability, packaging, medicinal usage and more. The Today Show also shared an article noting the health benefits of mushrooms, specifically noting “they are a “health and wellness trend to pay attention to.”

Eating Well and Parade both shared galleries of recipes featuring mushrooms. The Eating Well gallery focused on spinach and mushrooms, while the Parade gallery focused on chicken and mushrooms. KRON4 shared a Polenta with mushrooms and mustard as a Lent recipe, while Food & Wine shared a guide for the various cooking methods for mushrooms.
