Mushrooms in the News: 11-28-2022

Thanksgiving recipes were abundant this week, with mushrooms being included by recipes from The New York Times, The Washington Post, Yahoo and MSN.

Public Radio’s Splendid Table shared a distinct “Salt and Pepper Brick Mushrooms,” showcasing lightly oiled mushrooms cooked on an iron skillet while smashed under another skillet – or brick.

Delish shared their recipe for BBQ Pulled Mushrooms. Seasons shared a tasty alternative to pizza, while LoveFood shared a traditional Mushroom & Cheese Pie.
