Mushroom Bolognese
Description
The Mushroom Bolognese is delicious and well-received, especially by our vegetarian students. This student-approved recipe is a win, and a great way to introduce mushrooms to students in a familiar dish!
Ingredients
- MUSHROOMS, WHITE, RAW 6 LB
- OIL, VEGETABLE, 2 CUP
- CARROTS, Chopped, 3 CUP
- ONIONS, Chopped, 3 CUP
- CELERY, Chopped, 2 CUP
- GARLIC,RAW, 1 tbsp
- OREGANO LEAVES, DRIED 1 tbsp
- ROSEMARY, 1 tsp
- NUTMEG, GROUND, 1 TSP
- MARINARA SAUCE, 6 LB + 10 oz
- BUTTER BULK-UNSALTED, 6 TBSP
- SALT, KOSHER 1 tbsp
- BLACK PEPPER, CRACKED 1 tbsp
