This week, bizjournals.com highlighted a Memphis cafe set to open soon by Next Food Network Star finalist Aryen Moore-Alston. In addition to pastries, desserts, paninos and subs, Moore-Alston plans to feature a blended burger on her bistro-style menu for the Blended Burger Project. “We’re calling it the Uptown Funk Burger, but we may need to call it the Downtown Funk Burger,” Moore-Alston said.

Additionally, mushroom recipes were featured in a variety of outlets including The Sacramento Bee, abc.com and people.com.
