This week, Huffington Post touted The Blend in a listicle titled ‘Healthy Eating for a Healthy Planet,’ and Clean Eating Magazine highlighted The Blend as a way to “create a powerful impact on both the planet and your health.” RD Ellie Krieger contributed a recipe for blended sloppy joes to Washington Post, saying “the meaty taste and texture (of mushrooms) allow them to blend in with the beef, adding vegetable nutrition, seamlessly.”
Additionally, NewWorlder covered the Blended Burger Project™ kick-off in NYC, spotlighting chefs Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton, who served their rendition of a blended burger at the event.
