Blended Burger Project coverage continues to pop up across the country as we head into the third week of the competition.
Highlights include:
- Huffpost spotlighted Pubbelly Noodle Bar in Florida, and Florida Today featured Cedar’s Cafe in a print article titled “Cedar’s Cafe tries for second Blended Burger Award.”
- KARE11 in Minneapolis interviewed Red Stag Supperclub’s chef in a TV Segment while demonstrating how to make her blended burger recipe. Additionally, head chefs from MERCY, Bryant Lake Bowl and Red Stag Supperclub showcased their blended burgers in a joint cooking demo on WCCO. And, the local lifestyle pub City Pages ran a restaurant-wide feature.
- Both KOLO TV and the Reno Gazette-Journal in Reno, Nevada highlighted Bistro Napa’s Mo-May Burger, infused with tropical flavors.
Other features have emerged in markets such as Buffalo, Atlanta, Fresno, San Mateo, Tucson, Austin, Spokane and more.
Additionally, Jessica Patel, Corporate Dietitian for ALDI, highlighted the blend in a post titled ‘Becoming a “Blenditarian”’ on ALDI’s blog Simply Smarter Living.
