Mushrooms in the News: 2-9-18

This week, Laura Rege, a Martha Stewart contributor who toured a mushroom farm last year, wrote a piece titled, “Could Mushrooms Be the Answer to Eating Less Meat?”. She shared data from the sustainability study and suggested going 50/50 with your burgers: “My favorite burger is 50-50 mushrooms and ground short rib.”

Logan Guleff, 2016 BBP Winner and blenditarian ambassador, did an 8-minute television segment on The Blend, sharing his blended beef kabob recipe and numerous benefits of The Blend.
