SHAPE magazine emphasized the importance of Omega-3s, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 for supporting a healthy immune system in the November issue. The article explains that “vitamin D reduces inflammation and helps regulate our immune system.” Furthermore, among recommended food sources of vitamin D are mushrooms, which “contain smaller amounts” of vitamin D.
