- 6 lb + 4 oz Wholegrain Rotini Pasta
- 10 lb diced Turkey Ham
- 1 can (10 lb) California Slice Ripe Olives
- 5 lb fresh diced Bell Peppers
- 3 lb fresh sliced Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup ground Dried Oregano
- 1/4 cup Dried Basil
- 1/2 cup Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 gallon Italian Dressing
- 6 gallon + 1 quart Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 10 lb Fresh Diced Tomatoes
