Description

This popular Korean dish combines flavorful marinade with tender beef, vegetables, and mushrooms. Mushrooms add a mouthwatering umami flavor that pairs deliciously with brown rice. Bring this rice bowl to your seasonal menu and your students will thank you!

  • 10 lb beef stew meat
  • 3 tsp beef base
  • 4 cups water
  • 5 cups chopped onions
  • 6 cups Korean pepper sauce
  • 29 cups long grain brown rice
  • 5 lb shredded cabbage with carrot
  • 2 cups spring or scallion onions
  • 1 TBSP sesame seeds
  • 7 cups shredded carrots
  • 5 cups raw mushrooms
