Mixed Mushroom Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Description
Waltham Public Schools students tested a new, fun-gi focused school lunch, grilled cheese with local mushrooms. This recipe won the Terrific Tray contest in Massachusetts. Chef Tanja Peterson, Waltham High School, dreamed up this mixed mushroom grilled cheese sandwich recipe (Recipe: https://bit.ly/3suEjiM) with Food Service Director April Liles using fresh local mushrooms and spinach!

- 1/4 c., Fresh Spinach (trimmed)
- 2 oz., Provolone Cheese
- 2 slices, Bread
