- 6 lb Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
- 7 lb Pepper & Onion Mix
- 1 quart + 2 1/2 cup Plain All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 6 lb + 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 oz Pan Spray
